🌹 Honoring Remembrance Day at Watling Community Centre 🕊️

Last Saturday marked a poignant moment at the Watling Community Centre as we commemorated Remembrance Day, a day of reflection and gratitude for those who have served and sacrificed for our nation.

In a heartfelt ceremony, we were honored to have Cllr Kamal Gurung, Labour Councillor for Burnt Oak & Armed Forces Covenant Champion of the London Borough of Barnet, alongside Kwaptchi, our esteemed Managing Director, leading the observance.

Together, we unveiled a beautifully crafted poppy wreath, symbolizing our collective remembrance and respect. This wreath was placed in a dedicated space within our centre, serving as a reminder of the bravery and sacrifice of our armed forces.

This event was not just about looking back but also a reaffirmation of our community's commitment to peace and unity. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us in this solemn yet significant commemoration.

At Watling Community Centre, we remain dedicated to fostering a spirit of togetherness and respect for all. Let’s continue to support each other and honor our heroes every day.
