We are thrilled to invite you to a free, hands-on training session designed to equip you with the essential skills of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and how to use a defibrillator.
These are life-saving techniques that anyone can learn, empowering you to act confidently and effectively in a crisis.
This is your chance to learn from experienced trainers in a friendly and supportive environment. Don't be a bystander—be the person who knows what to do.
