
In an emergency, every second counts. Knowing how to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) can mean the difference between life and death. That is why the Health & Wellbeing Hub, in partnership with the Burnt Oak Nepalese Community, is hosting a hands-on lifesavers training session—and everyone in the community is invited!

During this interactive 90-minute session, expert-led training will cover:
CPR Techniques: How to recognize cardiac arrest and confidently perform high-quality chest compressions.
Defibrillator (AED) Operation: How to safely set up and operate an automated external defibrillator.
Emergency Response Steps: Immediate actions to take while waiting for emergency services to arrive.
